Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Assist in implementing treatment programs to improve patient strength, mobility, and overall function.
- Document patient progress accurately and on time.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and home programs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care.
Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in the state of Maryland (required).
- Outpatient or orthopedic experience preferred (new grads welcome).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with diverse patient populations
- Reliable, professional, and compassionate demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
