Family Planning Associate (Remote | Entry-Level)
Location: Remote
Schedule: Flexible (Full-Time / Part-Time options available)
About the Role
We’re looking for motivated, people-focused individuals who want to help families build a better
future. As a Family Planning Associate, you’ll work directly with clients to guide them through simple
strategies around protection, budgeting, and long-term planning. No prior experience is required —
we provide training and support to help you grow.
What You’ll Do
- Connect with individuals and families to understand their goals
- Help clients get properly protected and organized financially
- Walk clients through simple planning options (we train you)
- Provide ongoing support and answer client questions
- Work with a team and attend virtual trainings
- Build relationships and create a positive client experience
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Comfortable working remotely
- Customer service or people-facing experience is a plus (not required)
