Family Planning Associate (Remote | Entry-Level)
Location: Remote
Schedule: Flexible (Full-Time / Part-Time options available)
About the Role
We’re looking for motivated, people-focused individuals who want to help families build a better
future. As a Family Planning Associate, you’ll work directly with clients to guide them through simple
strategies around protection, budgeting, and long-term planning. No prior experience is required —
we provide training and support to help you grow.
What You’ll Do
• Connect with individuals and families to understand their goals
• Help clients get properly protected and organized financially
• Walk clients through simple planning options (we train you)
• Provide ongoing support and answer client questions
• Work with a team and attend virtual trainings
• Build relationships and create a positive client experience

• Strong communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable and self-motivated
• Comfortable working remotely
• Customer service or people-facing experience is a plus (not required)
