Regional Manager

SUMMARY: The Regional Manager (RM) is responsible for managing our Area Sales Managers (ASMs), the wholesaler network and all marketplace activities within their geographic area -- Columbus, OH and Cleveland, OH. To be successful in this role, you must have a strong understanding of leading teams, wholesaler management, field sales, and planning and budgeting. You must also possess working knowledge of distribution networks, consumer purchasing dynamics, and syndicated data systems.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for revenue and volume goals for the region.
• Manage wholesaler relationships.
• Communicate goals and objectives to ASMs and wholesalers.
• Supervise, train and mentor ASMs within assigned region.
• Identify and interpret market trends.
• Meet and maintain designated sales goals.
• Build and maintain external relationships with business partners.
• Update senior leadership teams.
• Identify new areas for growth and opportunity.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Sales experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG) environment.
• Computer skills required: Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's Degree from four-year college or university preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in a Regional Manager role preferred.

*This is a hybrid position. Phusion Projects does not have an office in this location, but you will be required to travel in your assigned service area to visit accounts/clients weekly.
