One of our clients is looking for an experienced Software Engineering Manager – Sight & Sense (AI/ML) - Dearborn, MI (Onsite) for a contract opportunity.
Note: Looking for candidates with independent work authorization only (No Sponsorship / No H1-B)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5 years of experience in software engineering, with strong focus on AI/ML, Computer Vision, or data-driven product development.
- 3 years of experience managing software engineering teams, including hiring, mentoring, and retaining talent.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, including data engineering, model training, deployment, inference, and monitoring.
- Experience leading engineering teams in Agile/Scrum environments, including sprint planning, execution, and delivery tracking.
- Strong expertise in building scalable, reliable, and production-grade software systems.
- Hands-on experience delivering AI/ML or Computer Vision–based products, preferably in real-world or industrial environments.
