The Plumber is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems and fixtures, including piping, drains, valves, and water supply lines. This role ensures the safe and efficient operation of facility plumbing infrastructure by performing routine inspections, troubleshooting issues, and executing preventative and predictive maintenance tasks. The Plumber works independently or as part of a team to support uninterrupted utility flow, adhering to building codes and safety standards while coordinating with other trades to maintain overall facility functionality. (This differential may be adjusted or discontinued based on business requirements.) Qualifications: *High school diploma or GED required. *NM Journeyman Plumber license required. * 3 to 5 years of plumbing work experience and the ability to perform general maintenance duties as assigned, preferably in Healthcare industry. *Must have a valid NM drivers license and be insurable.
