Duties
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Manage client records accurately and maintain confidentiality.
- Provide education to clients about post-treatment care and expected outcomes.
- Utilize social media management skills to promote services and engage with clients online.
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance the overall client experience in the Med Spa setting.
- Perform an advanced array of customized clinical treatments, including medical-grade facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and microdermabrasion.
- Expertly operate advanced aesthetic machinery and wellness technologies, including microneedling, body contouring systems, and infrared therapies.
- Achieve and exceed monthly targets for treatment services, package conversions, membership sign-ups, and retail product sales.
- Actively look for opportunities to cross-promote PHR Centers’ full clinical and wellness menu to deliver holistic results for every client.

Pay
- This is a commission based pay position.
Requirements
- Active Michigan Esthetician License.
- 5 years of hands-on experience working in a medical spa, dermatology clinic, or advanced clinical aesthetic environment.
- Strong proficiency and experience with aesthetic devices (e.i. laser hair removal devices, IPL, body contouring, or advanced exfoliation machinery).
- Deep knowledge of skin physiology, corrective clinical ingredients, and contraindications.
- A proven track record of hitting sales/retention goals with a natural confidence in recommending retail skincare as a necessary component of treatment success.
- Polished, professional, and empathetic communication style.
- Flexible availability to accommodate a premium client schedule, including select evenings or weekends as needed.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients effectively.
- Experience in sales is preferred, demonstrating an ability to promote services successfully.
- Familiarity with social media management to enhance brand presence and client engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
