Cashier/Host/TOGO/Food & Drink Prep
Open Position: 1-2
Schedule: Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday (Hours: 11:00 am - 9:00 pm)
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, manage seating arrangements, prep to-go orders, and help with drinks.
- Handle cash, credit/debit transactions, and refunds. Must have experience with Toast POS
- Answer phone calls, take to-go orders, and assist with customer inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area (counter, bar, etc.)
- Assist servers with drinks, tables, and restocking
- Set up, clean, and reset tables efficiently between guests
- Closing shift, cleaning kitchen,front-of-house area, and bathroom
Requirements:
- Experience using Toast POS
- Food Handler License/CFPM a plus!
- Must be available every weekend to start
- Must be able to train and start by this weekend!

Restaurant Team Member (Serving, Prep, Cleaning)
Open Position: 1
Must be available: Saturday & Sunday (4:00 pm - 10:00 pm)
Responsibilities:
- Serve dishes promptly and correctly, including proper pho presentation (herbs, sauces, etc.)
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle any concerns professionally
- Set up, clean, and reset tables efficiently between guests
- Assist with basic side-work like refilling condiments, brewing tea, or rolling silverware
- Prepare and cook according to recipes
- Chop, slice, and portion ingredients (herbs, vegetables, meats) for efficient kitchen workflow
- Assist in daily prep work, including stock preparation, sauce mixing, and ingredient organization
- Maintain proper food handling, sanitation, and safety standards at all times
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Wash dishes, utensils, pots & pans quickly and thoroughly
- Maintain a clean dish station and organize cleaned items
- Take out the trash and recycling
- Assist in keeping the entire kitchen clean (floors, counters, equipment), as well as the FOH area and restroom.
- Follow health & safety guidelines
- Help cooks with simple prep tasks when needed
Requirements:
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a high-volume kitchen
- Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices (ServSafe certification/ Certified Food Protection Manager a plus)
- Able to lift 50lb
