- Design the call-center agent-assist experience and the future customer-facing omnichannel surfaces (a stated SLM target architecture priority per Keith).
- Run on a Figma Figma Make stack
- Drive the omnichannel design system that supports "build once, deploy to web and mobile"
- Operate as an onsite design partner — deliberately co-located so design feedback loops match the compressed sprint cadence.
- Partner with the Product Owner on user research, journey mapping, and usability validation with actual Client call-center agents.
