Job Title: Sr Architect - PEGA
Location: Tampa FL/Irving TX/Mississauga
Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced Pega Architect (CLSA) with strong expertise in Pega BPM (PRPC) and Financial Services domain to lead the design and delivery of scalable, enterprise-grade workflow and case management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and design Pega BPM (PRPC 8.x) solutions for enterprise applications
- Lead end-to-end delivery, including design, development, integration, and deployment
- Drive Pega upgrade initiatives and ensure platform stability
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable BPM workflows and case management solutions
- Ensure architecture governance, performance, and compliance
- Design and implement integrations (connectors/services) with upstream/downstream systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage scope, risks, and delivery timelines
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
Required Qualifications:
- 10 years IT experience; 8 years in Pega BPM (PRPC)
- Pega CLSA certification (mandatory)
- Strong experience in Pega 8.x and upgrade projects
- Proven experience in Financial Services (Banking preferred)
- Strong knowledge of case management, workflows, and business rules (BPM/BRE)
- Experience with Pega Cloud / AWS environments
- Strong knowledge of RDBMS and SQL
Technical Skills:
- Pega BPM, Case Management, Decisioning
- Pega BIX, connectors & services
- Job Schedulers, Queue Processors
- Docker, Kubernetes (nice to have)
- Pega admin (installation, configuration)
- HTML, JavaScript, CSS
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with payments, disputes, or lending workflows
- Knowledge of regulatory/compliance requirements in banking
- Strong stakeholder communication and client-facing experience
- Experience in Agile delivery models
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
