What are we looking?
Seniority & experience
- 5 years in Product Management with demonstrated success in Growth PM, Platform PM or Technical PM roles in B2B SaaS, ideally Fintech, SMB or POS.
Core scope
- GTM team enablement and self-serve workflows; CDP implementation (Adobe Experience Platform, Segment, RudderStack or mParticle); experimentation infrastructure and A/B testing; event taxonomy and data governance; vendor ecosystem management across the growth tech stack.
Platform & tooling fluency
- Comfortable with data pipelines, event schemas, webhooks, REST APIs and database architecture; experience with Amplitude, Mixpanel, Segment, Optimizely or LaunchDarkly.
Cross-functional leadership
- Proven platform PM experience driving alignment across product teams and establishing shared standards through influence, without direct authority.
Salary : $100,000 - $150,000
