About the Role
We are seeking an experienced UX/UI Lead to lead the design of a complex enterprise AI-powered B2B platform. This role will drive end-to-end user experience strategy, simplify complex workflows, and create intuitive AI-powered experiences, including conversational interfaces, while partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and AI teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead UX/UI strategy and execution for an enterprise AI platform.
- Design intuitive experiences for complex enterprise workflows, AI copilots, and conversational chat interfaces.
- Own the end-to-end design process, including research, wireframes, prototypes, visual design, usability testing, and implementation.
- Collaborate with Product, AI/ML, Engineering, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into user-centered solutions.
- Develop user journeys, information architecture, interaction models, and conversation flows.
- Build and maintain scalable enterprise design systems.
- Ensure AI experiences are transparent, accessible, and aligned with responsible AI principles.
- Mentor designers and champion UX best practices across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, Psychology, or related field.
- 10 years of UX/UI design experience, including leading product experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating enterprise AI, SaaS, or complex B2B products.
- Experience designing conversational AI, chat interfaces, AI copilots, or virtual assistants.
- Experience designing enterprise workflows for data-intensive applications.
- Expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, and Design Thinking.
- Proficiency with Figma and AI-powered design tools such as Claude Design and ChatGPT.
- Experience building enterprise design systems.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech.
- Experience designing Enterprise AI or Generative AI products.
- Knowledge of LLMs, RAG, conversational UX, prompt design, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and responsible AI principles.
