We are looking for experienced Google BigQuery Analytics Architect to join Photon at Atlanta, GA (Onsite)
Position: Google BigQuery Analytics Architect
Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite)
- Data Strategy Development:
- Define and implement the organization's data analytics strategy aligned with business goals.
- Identify and prioritize key analytics projects to optimize decision-making and performance.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of analysts and data professionals.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Data Analysis and Insights:
- Conduct advanced data analysis using BigQuery and other tools to uncover trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders across departments.
- Tool and Technology Management:
- Oversee the selection, implementation, with a focus on GA4, BigQuery, and Looker
- Ensure data systems are scalable and optimized for business needs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, operations, and product development, to address data needs.
- Present findings and insights in a clear and impactful manner to non-technical stakeholders.
- Data Governance:
- Establish and enforce data governance policies and practices.
- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
- Education:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Proven experience (5 years) in analytics, business intelligence, or a related domain.
- Prior experience in managing or leading teams is preferred.
- Technical Skills:
- Expertise in Google BigQuery, GA4, and Looker dashboards (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis/programming languages.
- Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure).
- Experience with Google Tag Manager and A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely).
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Certifications (Preferred):
- Google Analytics 4 Certification, Looker Certification, or Google Cloud Data Analytics Certification.
