Creator Studios is a professional podcast and content production studio helping businesses and creators produce high-quality video content and branded media.
We are looking for a reliable, creative, and growth-minded team member who wants to build long-term with a fast-growing media company, not just pick up occasional freelance work.
This role combines:
- Real estate photography and video
- Drone capture
- Podcast studio production
- Creative production support
You will work both on-location and inside our studio environment.
What This Role Looks Like
You’ll help capture and produce premium visual content for:
- Luxury real estate listings
- Builders and designers
- Podcasts and business content
- Brand storytelling projects
- Social media and marketing campaigns
This is a hands-on production role for someone who enjoys fast-paced creative work, problem-solving, and being part of a collaborative team.
Responsibilities
Real Estate & Video Production
- Capture real estate photography
- Film cinematic property walkthroughs of high end homes
- Capture drone photo and video content
- Assist with lighting and composition on shoots
- Travel to properties throughout Long Island and surrounding areas
Podcast & Studio Production
- Set up multi-camera podcast recordings
- Assist with lighting and audio setup
- Monitor recordings during sessions
- Help maintain studio organization and workflow
Operations & Team Support
- Upload and organize media files
- Manage and prepare equipment
- Communicate professionally with clients on-site
- Assist with production logistics and shoot preparation

Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years of photography or videography experience
- Sony camera experience preferred (training available)
- Drone experience preferred
- FAA Part 107 license is a plus, but not required
- Photo & video editing experience is a plus, but not required
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable driving throughout Long Island
- Strong time management
- Professional communication and appearance
- Ability to carry and set up production equipment
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Stand for extended periods
- Load and unload equipment regularly
Mileage reimbursement provided when applicable.
Important Notes
This is not ideal for someone primarily focused on building their own production/photo company full-time.
We are looking for someone interested in becoming part of a growing team and helping build something long-term.
Training and development are available for the right person.
Compensation
- $20–$30/hour based on experience
