Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role located in San Diego for a Kiosk Repair Technician. We operate 5 days a week from 10AM - 5PM and close up shop on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. We are flexible with your availability and desired amount of weekly hours.
Job duties include troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing device issues, ordering parts to execute repairs, handling point of sale & admin, and ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service. The role will involve daily interactions with customers to address their repair needs and provide them with excellent service.
Qualifications
- Experience in Cell Phone and Tablet Repair
- Experience in Computer/Laptop and Console Repair a plus
- Strong Troubleshooting skills
- Customer Service skills
- Effective Communication skills
- Relevant certifications in phone repair or related fields are beneficial
- Ability to work independently
Compensation
- $21/hour
- 4% gross sales commission, paid out monthly
- Spiffs based on quarterly initiatives
