Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
Sales-Focused Duties:
- Greet every customer with a positive, energetic attitude
- Actively sell phones, cases, screen protectors, chargers, and other accessories
- Upsell relevant repairs, warranties, and protection plans
- Educate customers about current promotions and financing options
- Keep displays clean, organized, and well-stocked
Customer Service Duties:
- Answer inbound phone calls and assist with basic inquiries or repair updates
- Make outbound retention calls to follow up with past customers and promote current offers
- Schedule repair appointments and update customer records in the system
- Basic phone repair as needed
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash registers.
