Repair Store Manager
Job Overview:
We are looking for a self-motivated Store Manager to direct and lead the day to day operations and interactions of our store as well as coach and develop our technicians and sales associates. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure our customers have a positive experience within the store and with their repairs
- Daily coaching of technicians and sales associates
- Keep accurate inventory counts on a consistent basis
- Maintain store cleanliness, appearance, and professionalism
- Represent Phone Doctors in the local community through marketing and community involvement programs
- Drive commercial relationships and sales
- Have the ability learn to perform basic repairs on customer cell phones and tablets
- Document all work conducted in accordance with policies
- Be able to work independently and within a fast-paced environment
- Perform other duties as assigned by manager
Qualifications:
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Be authorized to work in the United States
- Must have reliable transportation
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing a retail store or sales team

Experience:
- 2 years previous management experience in Retail or Sales environment
We supply masks for employees and customers if they feel more comfortable wearing them. Common area surfaces are sanitized regularly.

Pay: $34,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
