ResponsibilitiesAssist customers in diagnosing issues with smartphones, tablets, laptops, and other personal electronics across various operating systems such as Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows.Perform hardware diagnostics and repairs on mobile devices, desktops, printers, copiers, and consumer electronics using hand tools and soldering techniques. Greet customers, assess repair needs, and provide clear explanations of the process and pricing. Answer inquiries in person or over the phone with empathy and patience. Process payments, handle returns, and update customer accounts.
