What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server Food Runner position at PhoGyu (Downey)?
Pho-Gyu, an upscale, fast casual Vietnamese Pho fusion concept is opening at the Downey Gateway Plaza! Created with our unique flare, PhoGyu's base broth uses a combination of wagyu meats and bones that stew for hours to create an ultra rich flavor for our customers to enjoy!
We're now hiring for servers and food runners to help lead the charge in the front of the house!
Base pay starts from $16.50 per hour and earn $3 -$5 more (estimated) per hour in tips!
Servers are the first point of contact for our guests!
Some essential responsibilities include:
- Know the menu to suggest favorite items
- Accurately input customer orders.
- Process and pack customer online orders.
- Know how to use a Toast like program for our point of sale system
- Must have 1 year of serving experience.
- Have good communication and a friendly helpful demeanor.
- Shows up to work on time as scheduled.
