Overview

- Plans, directs, and monitors all activities and operations of the Phoenixville Hospital Facilities Management Department.
- Maintains records for Joint Commission and other regulatory agencies having jurisdiction.
- Oversees maintenance of Facilities Management vehicle fleet.
- Maintains monthly operating budget information.
- Assists System Director of Facilities in strategic initiative development and implementation.
- Assists System Director of Facilities in development of General Capital and Life Cycle Costing budget plans as well as strategic initiatives.

Qualifications
Education Requirements
- 4 year Bachelor's Degree - OR - combination of relevant education & experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor's Degree
- Certified Hospital Safety Professional (CHSP) or Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) required at time of hire.
