About Us

For 60 years, Phoenixville Area Children’s Learning Center (PACLC) has provided children with an environment of love and learning. As a nonprofit early childhood education program, we are committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging place where children can learn through play, build meaningful relationships, and develop the skills they need to be successful.

We believe our teachers are at the heart of everything we do. We foster a supportive, collaborative workplace where educators are valued, encouraged to grow professionally, and empowered to make a lasting impact on the lives of children and families. Our team is passionate about early childhood education, dedicated to building strong connections, and committed to helping every child reach their full potential.

If you're looking for a career where your work truly matters, we'd love to welcome you to the PACLC family.

What You'll Do

  • Create engaging, play-based learning experiences that spark curiosity and support children's growth.

  • Provide attentive care and support to meet each child's individual needs throughout the day.
  • Observe children's progress and celebrate milestones while helping identify areas where additional support may be needed.
  • Build positive partnerships with families through open communication and regular updates about their child's day and development.
  • Foster a classroom environment where every child feels safe, valued, and excited to learn.
