Dermatology Medical Assistant

Phoenixville Valley Forge Dermatology Associates' mission is to provide personalized, high-quality care. We are an independently owned, full-service dermatology practice of dedicated experienced providers who believe in working with our patients to maintain and improve their health. 

We are looking for a skilled, detail oriented, and certified Medical Assistant to join our team! This is a rare opportunity to work with a close-knit group of dedicated healthcare professionals in a collaborative and supportive environment. You will perform a combination of administrative and clinical tasks to provide our patients with a professional, efficient, and comfortable experience! 

Some of your duties will include: 

Managing patient demographic, insurance, and medical history details 

Organizing schedules and appointments 

Preparing treatment rooms and instruments 

Assisting our physicians during examinations 

Assisting our patients with post-procedure education and instruction 

Knowledge and Qualifications: 

Phoenixville Valley Forge Dermatology Associates prides itself on outstanding patient experience! We encourage continued education through experience and training. 

1 year of experience is preferred but not required. 

Medical Insurance knowledge is preferred but not required. 

What we do require is the ability to provide excellent customer service, professional attention to detail and the ability to work as a strong team player in a highly collaborative environment.
