What You’ll Do
- Serve as a strategic legal partner to senior leadership across the holding company and its portfolio.
- Develop and implement legal policies and systems that support growth and mitigate risk.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance standards.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including vendor, supplier, service, and equity agreements.
- Oversee legal documentation and ensure consistency across entities.
- Manage relationships with outside counsel and represent the company when needed.
- Provide guidance on employment law matters including contracts, NDAs, and non-competes.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop proactive legal strategies.
- JD and active bar membership from an accredited law school.
- 5-10 years of legal experience, ideally in law firm settings, with exposure to the hospitality or service industries across corporate governance, employment law, and contract negotiation.
- Proven leadership as a General Counsel or senior in-house legal advisor, preferably within a private holding company or multi-entity environment.
- Strong judgment, discretion, and a collaborative mindset.
- Comfort working independently and advising across multiple business units.
- A desire to contribute to a growing organization in a flexible, part-time capacity.
