As a Construction Manager, you will play a critical role in planning and executing wireless communication projects - ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, on budget, and with pride. You will partner with internal teams, clients, vendors, and property owners to turn plans into reality and challenges into opportunities.What You Will Be DoingYou will lead projects from early planning through completion, with responsibilities that include:Project Planning & ExecutionDeveloping detailed project cost estimates (labor, materials, travel, equipment, and tools)Managing day-to-day construction activities, schedules, and budgetsCoordinating with engineers, project managers, subcontractors, and site development teamsSupporting senior leaders with execution strategies and process improvementsClient & Stakeholder CollaborationActing as a key point of contact for clients, vendors, and property ownersCommunicating requirements clearly and proactivelyParticipating in meetings, providing updates, and resolving field issues quicklyField & Site OperationsConducting field walks, site surveys, bid walks, and punch walksOverseeing on-site construction to ensure safety, quality, and complianceReviewing site layouts and equipment configurationsDesign & Technical SupportReviewing construction drawings and specificationsSupporting equipment layout and design in accordance with client and regulatory standardsTroubleshooting technical and field challenges to keep projects movingContinuous Improvement & LeadershipIdentifying risks and recommending corrective actionsContributing to best practices and standardized processesMentoring coordinators or field staff as needed What You BringWe are big believers in potential, but here’s what helps you hit the ground running:Required:Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field (or equivalent experience)1 year of construction or construction management experience in telecommunicationsOSHA 10-Hour certification (minimum)Strong project management, organization, and time-management skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office.A proactive, solutions-first mindsetPreferred (Not Required, but Awesome to Have):OSHA 30-Hour certificationExperience with wireless or wireline infrastructure (towers, small cells, fiber, DAS)Familiarity with permitting processes, construction drawings, and local regulationsExperience mentoring or guiding junior team membersWhere You Will WorkLocation: Salt Lake City, Utah-(Position requires being located in or near designated region)Employment Type: Permanent-Full-timeTravel: 50–75% to project sites (including occasional overnight travel)Why You Will Love It HereWe believe in:Ownership over micromanagementLearning by doingPeople who raise their hands, not just their resumesBuilding careers - not just projectsIf you are excited by responsibility, energized by collaboration, and motivated by building something that truly matters, you will fit right in.Ready to build the future with us?
