We are hiring a hands-on Azure Solutions and Projects to be involved in designing, building, and leading small and large solutions projects such as data pipelines, automations, and integration with generative AI endpoints and machine learning. This role blends hands-on software architecture, design, and development with project management.

You'll be instrumental in designing and building modern, secure, and scalable solutions using Azure PaaS services, while driving Agile technical delivery in a regulated healthcare environment.

Your role:

• Design and deliver modern data pipelines, automation workflows, and system integrations using Azure services like Data Factory, Logic Apps, Functions, and Power Platform.
• Architect and build secure APIs, data flows, and cloud-native solutions that support reporting, compliance, and operational needs.
• Integrate Azure OpenAI and machine learning models into real-world workflows to improve efficiency, insights, and clinical decision-making.
• Be involved in a Datawarehouse transformation and integration of data pipelines with an EMR Transition.
• Translate business requirements into technical stories and deliverables, managing backlogs and collaborating within Agile teams.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers while ensuring high standards in cloud security, DevOps, and documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across clinical, operational, and executive teams to ensure delivery aligns with goals and compliance (e.g., HIPAA).

What you've got:

• 5 years of experience leading technical projects involving Microsoft Azure, enterprise applications, and systems integration.
• Prior experience in healthcare IT is required; familiarity with EMR/EHR systems is essential. Behavioral health system experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills-especially in environments that require cross-functional collaboration between IT, clinical staff, and business users.
• Proficiency across the Azure ecosystem: Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory, Power BI, Logic Apps, Power Platform, Azure DevOps.
• Experience supporting data warehouse transitions, reporting modernization, and API development in regulated environments.
• Working knowledge of HIPAA compliance, data privacy, and security best practices.
• Preferred: Experience with Sunwave, Methasoft, or other behavioral health EMRs; certifications in Azure or Power Platform; familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira.
