Production Assistant

Join a growing manufacturing team with an excellent schedule and growth opportunity! This is a full-time, 4-day workweek position working 12-hour shifts:

• Monday–Thursday | 6:55 AM – 7:00 PM with some mandatory overtime on Fridays!
• Valid driver’s license is required

Please note: This position is located in Fostoria, OH

Responsibilities

• Hands-on Production: Packaging and palletizing product off the conveyor
• Safety Compliance: Follow all workplace safety procedures to maintain a safe environment
• Inventory Support: Help monitor and maintain inventory levels
• Quality Checks: Perform routine quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to support production goals and maintain a positive workflow

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Must be able to lift up to 35lbs regularly (up to 70 lbs. occasionally), bend, stoop, and stand on your feet for a 12 hour shift
• Valid driver’s license required
• Mechanically inclined with the ability to learn and operate equipment
• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
