What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist position at Phoenix Services LLC?
Busy office in Findlay, OH is seeking a full time Administrative Assistant to join our team! This position offers room for growth and development!
Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM
Duties will include:
- Answering a multi-line phone system; routing calls or taking messages accordingly
- Scheduling interviews for potential candidates
- Data entry of sensitive and confidential information
- Assisting job applicants in the application/interview process
- Keeping supply room organized; order office supplies as needed
- Keeping front lobby area clean and neat
- Other duties as necessary
Qualified candidates will have an Associates Degree or 4 years of relevant work history, preferably in a customer service related role, a professional demeanor, strong attention to detail, and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
