Leading aftermarket hydraulic repair facility specializing in the repair, manufacturing, and testing of hydraulic pumps, motors, servo valves, and servo components is seeking a driven, customer-focused Customer Service Representative.
This position plays a critical role in supporting customers by providing support, preparing quotations, processing orders, and building long-term relationships within the industrial and manufacturing markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries via phone and email
- Prepare and follow up on quotes for hydraulic repair, remanufactured units, and replacement components
- Work closely with the Servo Lab and shop team to confirm technical feasibility, pricing, and lead times. Review technicians' recommendations to accurately communicate repair options to customers.
- Proactively follow up on open quotes to convert opportunities into sales
- Process customer purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documentation
- Handle customer concerns, questions, and service issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
- ISO emails and customer reviews
Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years of inside sales experience, preferably in hydraulic repair, industrial equipment, or aftermarket services, a strong mechanical aptitude and ability to understand technical repair information, and be proficient in the use of QuickBooks & Microsoft Office programs. Preference shown to candidates with past experience with hydraulic pumps, motors, valves, or servo systems and/or knowledge of industrial equipment or mobile hydraulics.
Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
