Server Opportunity at The Phoenix at Opelika
We are seeking Servers to join our team in providing exceptional dining and table services to residents and guests. This is a part-time position, working Monday through Friday with every other weekend required.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing meal and dining services to residents and guests in accordance with our standards.
- Maintaining proper dining set-up, cleaning of the dining rooms, and adhering to sanitary procedures and standards.
In addition to excellent customer service skills, we require:
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in dining hospitality and/or full service senior living is preferred.
Fundamental Skills and Abilities
- Understanding of infection control procedures.
- Ability to multitask, manage stress, and demonstrate time management and organizational skills.
- Embracing our assisted living philosophy and understanding its significance.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and variable hours, including peak service delivery days and times.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
This is an hourly role paying $15.00 per hour.
