What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Associate - Screen Printing Warehouse position at Phoenix Screen Printing?
Overview:
We are currently seeking a Production Associate to join our team at Phoenix Screen Printing. As a Production Associate, you will play a crucial role in the production process, assisting in prepping items during the final stages of the production process.
Responsibilities:
- Catching Garments at the end of the dryer
- Quality Control on each item printed, assessing for misprints, defects etc.
- Counting, Folding and packing garments properly
- Communicating with press operator on any printing issues.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
Experience:
Required:
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Motivation to take initiative when tasks need to be completed.
- Desire to work hard in a face paced environment
- Ability to work in a high temps and stand on your feet for 8 hours a day
Nice-to-have:
- Screen Printing Experience
-Warehouse Experience
