We’re looking for a motivated and strategic Business Development Manager in the greater Seattle area to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and driving growth in a meaningful industry.
What You'll Do:
- Understand and represent PPC’s mission and core values.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate across departments to implement strategic growth initiatives.
- Develop and execute sales strategies, pitches, and retention plans.
- Analyze sales data to guide marketing and sales decisions.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Prepare presentations, business plans, and marketing materials and contracts.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or security sales.
- 1–2 years of experience in the security services industry preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant CRM or sales software.
- Friendly, professional, and proactive attitude.
