Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately weigh, measure, and mix raw materials following batch instructions
- Safely handle chemical ingredients and operate mixing equipment
- Monitor product quality throughout the production process
- Complete batch records and maintain accurate documentation
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas to maintain a safe, hygienic production environment
Requirements:
- Must be able to read and write in English
- High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training a plus
- Ability to read and interpret batch sheets, safety data sheets, and work instructions
- Strong math and measurement skills
- Attention to detail and safety-first mindset
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.
- Previous manufacturing/chemical handling experience preferred, but training will be provided
- Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
