Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners and property owners to inspect roofs and discuss roofing solutions
- Perform roof inspections using company-provided tools
- Generate estimates and present proposals
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships
- Update customer information and sales activities in our CRM
- Work closely with office staff to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Meet and exceed sales goals
Qualifications
- Sales experience preferred (roofing, construction, home improvement, or related industries is a plus)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs when needed
- Comfortable using technology, apps, and CRM software
Compensation
- 100% Commission-Based
- Leads Provided
- High earning potential with no cap on commissions
