REMOTE – MEDICAL VIRTUAL “FRONT DESK”/CALL CENTER (EMPLOYEE)Bilingual a PLUS! $17 – 30 PER HOUR POTENTIAL!IMMEDIATE OPENINGS!Starting at $17 per hour, with quick growth opportunities to $20-30 per hr as productivity increases!Orientation period to learn Client requirements PAID25 hours per week minimum required, but up to 37.5 hrs an Option! Operational between 9 am and 5 pm EST. 5 hrs a day minimum requirement!Choose the shift that works for you!MANDATORY EMR EXPERIENCEMinimum 1 year experience - EPIC PREFERRED but other EMR experience acceptable.Must have managed patient calls in a clinical environment, such as call centers, offices, facility/hospital settings.Looking for MOTIVATED, dedicated employees who want to work daily Monday through Friday.This is an employee position.RESPONSIBILITIES:Screen and Route patient calls.Assist patients with questions about physiciansLeave messages for physicians.Document call information.IDEAL CANDIDATES:Bilingual (Spanish) experience a PLUS, but all experience accepted!EMR Epic experience a PLUS, but all EMRs acceptable!Comprehensive Knowledge of Medical TerminologyExcellent verbal, grammar and spelling skills to send messages.Ability to work in multiple windows on DEDICATED Windows 10 dedicated only for WORK· Quiet Environment RequiredCOMPUTER EQUIPMENT REQUIRED:No Chromebooks or tabletsMicrosoft Office required!Must be a Windows computer - laptop or desktop -Must be able to demonstrate the ability to quickly maneuver through screens
