This position combines strategic insight with hands-on execution to drive digital transformation, ensuring regional and local needs are integrated into global strategies.

Your Tasks
- Contribute to digital transformation strategy, ensuring regional needs are reflected, and implement strategies across countries.
- Collaborate on the design, rollout, and optimization of procurement processes and tools, ensuring documentation is current.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations, focusing on digitalization and automation.
- Manage service request escalations and change requests regionally, supporting tool adoption and suggesting updates.
- Lead change initiatives at corporate, regional, and country levels, supporting global training concepts and change management structures.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across various departments, effectively communicating progress, challenges, and successes.
- Degree-level education.
- Experience in process management; procurement experience is a plus.
- Strong IT affinity and technical understanding.
- Self-motivated with a structured approach to work.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
- Fluent in English; German language skills are advantageous.
