The Phoenix Group is hiring a Senior Automotive Sales Representative to sell across assembly, automation, packaging, logistics and more into the biggest names in automotive — backed by a competitive base and an uncapped commission structure that rewards how much of that portfolio you move.

What you'll do
- Develop and manage relationships with OEM, Tier 1, and Tier 2 automotive organizations
- Pursue new business within complex, enterprise-level accounts and drive full-cycle sales from prospecting through close
- Represent the entire Phoenix Group portfolio — assembly, kitting, automation and technology, packaging, and freight and logistics
- Navigate long sales cycles including RFQs, program-based selling, and multi-phase deals
- Engage cross-functional stakeholders across engineering, procurement, operations, and executive leadership
- Expand existing accounts by introducing additional Phoenix Group services
- Maintain a strong pipeline with accurate forecasting

What we're looking for
- 3 years of B2B sales experience within OEM, Tier 1, or Tier 2 automotive environments
- Proven success selling into complex organizations with multiple stakeholders and long decision cycles
- Strong grasp of automotive manufacturing, supply chain, and operational structures
- Familiarity with RFQ processes and program-based, engineering-driven buying
- Highly competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
