Responsibilities
Implement occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT)
Provide skilled, resident-centered occupational therapy services
Accurately and timely document treatments, progress notes, and outcomes in Net Health
Collaborate with therapy staff, nursing, and interdisciplinary team members to support resident goals
Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations
Contribute to a positive, patient-focused therapy environment
Qualifications
Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in the state of Ohio
Experience in SNF/LTC preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented approach to patient care
