Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated full-time Physical Therapist to join our team in Chandler, AZ. This on-site role involves assessing, planning, and implementing personalized therapy treatments for patients, focusing on improving mobility, strength, and overall well-being. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate patient records, educating patients on rehabilitation exercises, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, with the ability to design and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Proficiency in Patient Care and Home Care to deliver compassionate and individualized care both in clinical and mobile environments.
- Solid foundational knowledge in Medicine as it pertains to physical therapy practices and senior health management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with patients, families, and medical teams.
- Bachelor’s or Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program is required.
- Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of Arizona.
- Ability to work on-site and adapt to various environments within senior living facilities.
- CPR certification and experience working with seniors preferred but not required.
