Job Summary
Regenerative medicine company is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our regenerative medicine home healthcare team. This role involves providing comprehensive patient care in a variety of in-home settings. The ideal candidate will possess experience with pain management. Willingness to learn Practice Q EHR to upload patient files is required. The Advanced Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for conducting patient assessments, managing complex medical conditions, performing procedures like intramuscular, intra-articular, IV infusions, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional home-based healthcare. Nurse practitioner will provide all necessary equipment such as blood pressure cuff, syringes, sterilization supplies, etc. Reasonable travel expenses will be reimbursed.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments including vital signs, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations.
- Manage acute and chronic conditions across diverse populations including geriatrics.
- Administer injections such as Wharton's jelly, exosomes, stem cells, and saline following sterile techniques.
- Utilize Practice Q EHR for documentation and care coordination.
- Provide telehealth consultations utilizing telemedicine platforms to extend care access.
- Develop individualized care plans focusing on pain management, medication administration, discharge planning, and nutrition support.
- Engage in patient education on health coaching topics such as disease prevention, medication adherence, and lifestyle modifications.
- Collaborate with specialists to optimize patient outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and infection control protocols during all patient interactions.
- Participate in case management activities including utilization review and discharge planning for outpatient settings.
Compensation
- $500 per patient (Avg. expected is 4-5 patients per week every two weeks)
- Reasonable travel expenses reimbursed (Gas, Car rental, Flights, Hotels, etc.)
Experience
- Proven clinical experience in pain management and/or medspa is highly desirable.
- Extensive background in home care environments with familiarity with pain injections.
- Skilled in procedures such as intramuscular injections, intra-articular injections, venipuncture, IV insertion/infusion, and sterile processing techniques.
- Familiarity with medical imaging interpretation (ultrasound/sonography/X-ray/MRI), laboratory testing interpretation, and diagnostic evaluation methods.
- Candidates should demonstrate excellent clinical judgment combined with compassionate patient-centered care delivery to thrive in this role.
