Job Duties

• Conduct face-to-face sales at field locations and retail events
• Understand and maintain compliance with California Lifeline program requirements
• Enroll eligible customers into Lifeline programs that provide free phones or upgraded phones for a small fee.
• Deliver professional, friendly customer service, including assisting with device troubleshooting and general questions
• Follow proper cash-handling procedures and maintain accurate daily reporting
• Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends
• Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing field displays
• Track inventory and submit daily sales/activity reports
• Meet and exceed monthly individual sales goals
• Effectively handle and resolve customer concerns

Required Qualifications

• 1–2 years of face-to-face customer service experience
• Basic computer/tablet usage skills
• Reliable transportation to travel to assigned field locations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience
• Ability to perform under pressure in a competitive team environment
• Retail or other customer-service related experience

Physical Job Demands

• Primarily outdoor/field-based work environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to travel between field locations
• Must be able to set up/transport field equipment (table, tent, signage, inventory, etc.)
• Comfortable working outdoors for events
• Ability to type on a keyboard/tablet
• Ability to lift/move up to 30 lbs

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $23.60 - $28.43 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Work Location: In person

Salary : $24 - $28
