Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Street Team Members to join our dynamic team. As a Street Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and promoting our products at various events. THIS IS AN OUTSIDE SALES POSITION - COMMISSION BASED - MUST BE 18
Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting customers with their needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and engage customers to promote sales effectively.
- Participate in event marketing efforts, representing the brand at various locations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during events and promotions.
- Maintain organization of the work area, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with customers.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader audience.
- Experience in sales or event marketing is advantageous.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing situations.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to product knowledge and customer engagement.
