Responsibilities
- Execute property maintenance contract requirements efficiently and in accordance with maintenance production levels and customer service standards.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures at all times.
- Operate hand tools and maintenance equipment safely and effectively.
- Perform weekly mowing, edging of properties, and maintenance of flower beds and turf.
- Apply fertilizers and pest control techniques accurately and timely.
- Conduct basic preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Report time worked accurately following company procedures.
- Maintain professional and courteous interactions with crew members, supervisors, and company personnel.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience in landscaping or related tasks.
- Proficiency in using landscape maintenance tools and techniques.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage the physical demands of the job.
- Driver's License Preferred.
Compensation
The base pay for this position ranges from $18.00 - $22.00 per hour.
