Phoenix Landscape Management, an industry leader for over 20 years, is looking for a Crew Supervisor, with a good attitude, an excellent work ethic and willingness to learn in a fast paced environment.
Job Requirements:
- Attention to detail
- Turf/Fertilization experience preferred
- Landscape enhancement knowledge a plus
- Good driving record with a 3 year history
- Enjoy routine work
- Work well with others
Customer Service/Sales Involvement:
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Respond quickly and thoroughly to customer concerns and requests
- Notify customers of changes in schedule – minimize disruption to customers
- Encourage referrals from current customers and the purchase of additional services
- Develop relationship with maintenance customers to build loyalty and referrals
Materials and Equipment Duties
- Maintain assigned materials/equipment and maximize their useful life
- Update Lawn Maintenance Manager regarding shrinkage, failure and needed replacements
- Monitor tool assignments and loss/damage; hold team member accountable as needed
- Maintain vehicles, tools and equipment according to manufacturers’ directions
- Maintain Fuel/Mileage logs for vehicles and equipment
Physical Requirements:
- Bending, kneeling, heavy lifting and excessive walking
- Must be able to tolerate extreme weather conditions
- Must be able to navigate over rough/uneven terrain
- Must be able to observe and inspect outdoor spaces
Normal work hours are Monday thru Thursday from 7am until 5pm or later. Friday work is sometimes required.
