You will have responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Keeps facilities in compliance with all guidelines and in good appearance.
- Completes general repairs in all facilities.
- Upon receipt of work orders performs visual walk through of facility upon arrival and does additional work, if necessary.
- Maintains and keeps tools in good working order.
- Keeps an accurate inventory of tools.
- Keeps maintenance areas neat and orderly.
- Checks fuel oil levels.
- Visually inspects and tests machinery and equipment as necessary.
- Dismantles defective machines and equipment and installs new or repaired parts.
- Cleans and lubricates shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery.
- Assists in maintaining an adequate inventory of on-hand supplies.
- Installs and repairs electrical apparatus, such as transformers and wiring, and electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment.
- Lays out, assembles, installs, and maintains pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, and repairs and replaces gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related equipment.

REQUIRED EDUCATION
- High school diploma or equivalent
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of one years related experience and/or training in general maintenance
- Minimum of five to ten years HVAC experience required.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- This job regularly works in an indoor office environment and in outside weather conditions. The employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and in high, precarious places and is occasionally exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals, risk of electrical shock, and vibration.
