- Pay Range: $30-$40 per visit
We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse for our Private Duty Care and VA departments to cover In-Home visits and to work with our Healthy Children & Youth program performing assessments and reassessments. This position will be responsible for aide oversight visits and routine nursing visits; including medication set ups and maintaining the plane of care. In this RN role, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our clients by providing high-quality care and support in the comfort of their own home. These services are either privately paid, funded by a Long-Term Care Insurance policy, or the VA.

Responsibilities:
- Provide basic patient care: Taking Vitals, Weekly medication Management per Physicians orders, Monthly Diabetic Nails, Monthly Skin Monitoring and Bi Yearly General Health Assessments
- Opens new cases & obtains all related consents, documentation & deposits in accordance with company policy
- Observes, records & reports reaction to treatment & any changes in client's condition to appropriate personnel and/or physician
- May supervise In Home Aides for Advance Personal Care (APC) Services
- Provide instruction/ Education on Medication when needed.
- Follow state approved care plan.
- Attend quarterly Nurse Meetings
- Good time management, detail oriented and self-starter
Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse License in the state of KS
- In Home experience preferred
- Strong organizational and self-management skills
- Strong and compassionate customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license
