What You Will Do
- Provide occupational therapy services in the home based on the physician plan of care
- Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Focus on improving daily living skills, safety, and independence
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure quality outcomes
- Educate patients and families on techniques and care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Follow all safety and compliance standards
What You Need
- Active Occupational Therapist license in Missouri
- Home health experience preferred but not required
- Strong clinical judgment and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and physical
