Pay Range: Pay Per Shift
Available Shifts: Flexible scheduling, including PRN options
Job Duties:
- Conduct skilled visits to patients in their homes
- Manage day-to-day patient interactions and assessments
- Provide education on health conditions such as CHF, COPD, and diabetes
- Administer wound care and medication management
- Change dressings, bandages, and contraptions as prescribed
- Document patients’ conditions and report significant changes to the physician
- Collaborate with other nurses and therapists for comprehensive patient care
- Active RN Nursing License
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and self-management skills
- Compassionate and effective customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
