Seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant in the Kansas City area.
Join our dynamic therapy team at Phoenix Home Care and Hospice, where we provide personalized and compassionate care that restores the day-to-day lives of our clients. As a team member, you will play a crucial role in assisting patients in their homes.
Availability: Full Time
Pay Range: $60,000 - $80,000
Responsibilities
- Deliver physical therapy services to patients in their home based on the physician's plan of care and under the supervision of a licensed PT.
- Engage in communication and case conference activities to ensure quality of care and patient safety.
- Apply sound judgment and technical skills to perform treatments and procedures in accordance with established agency protocols.
- Adhere to the Agency Code of Ethics and maintain compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
- Implement safety and infection control measures in all practices.
- Complete other duties as assigned by supervision.
- Valid PTA Certification in the state of Missouri or Kansas.
- Previous home health experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Must pass a Drug Test, Background Check, and Physical Exam.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
