Phoenix Home Care is seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide one-on-one care for clients in their homes. If you're looking for a position where you can fully utilize your certification while building meaningful relationships with clients, this is the opportunity for you.

Pay Rate: $16-18 per hour w/ added shift differential for hours worked on Sat/Sun
What You'll Do- Provide skilled personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
- Perform safe transfers and mobility assistance
- Assist with Hoyer lift transfers
- Provide ostomy care and catheter care
- Monitor and report changes in client condition
- Support clients with dignity, compassion, and respect
- Build positive relationships with clients and their families
- One-on-one client care

- Current Missouri CNA certification required
- At least one year of CNA or comparable direct care experience preferred
- Experience with Hoyer lifts, ostomy care, and catheter care required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
