Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is looking for a Healthcare Recruiter to join our Springfield team. You’ll find, engage, and hire the caregivers and clinicians who make exceptional home care possible.
This is a fast-paced role where relationships matter, ideas are welcome, and your results make a real impact.
What You'll Do- Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, events, and creative outreach
- Screen applicants and identify candidates who are a great fit
- Build relationships and deliver an excellent candidate experience
- Conduct outreach, follow up, and keep candidates moving through the hiring process
- Attend hiring events and represent Phoenix in the community
- Partner with recruiters and leaders to improve hiring strategies
- Help make Phoenix a place great people want to work
- Recruiting experience preferred
- Healthcare, staffing, or sales experience is a plus
- Strong communication, phone, and relationship-building skills
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable with technology and Microsoft Office
- Positive attitude and a “let’s figure it out” mindset
- $18–$21/hour
